Cornerstones- A History of North Minneapolis

Co-produced by the University of Minnesota Urban Research and Outreach-Engagement Center and Twin Cities Public Television (tpt), "Cornerstones: A History of North Minneapolis" presents powerful stories of Northside life interwoven with complex dynamics and changes on the North Minneapolis landscape as told through place-based memories.

Award-winning director Daniel Pierce Bergin and the U of M production team developed the hourlong program with input from the North Minneapolis community, which included a community forum and wide-ranging conversations with people and organizations across the North Side. The documentary premiered on tpt November 13, 2011.
