White Aleph Requests

I've learned a couple things about White Aleph Requests in the past week.

  1. On book requests where a book/barcode has already been picked, there's no way to change it to a different book. If the wrong book was picked or we have a different edition Kevin sends the library a note and has them resubmit the request as an Green Aleph request.
  2. On serial requests where the list of volumes owned prints out at the bottom of the page, they don't verify those any further to make sure we actually own the volume requested.
Perhaps you all already knew this, but I found it enlightening.
