Hello, For all who gave me their personal iphone/ipod-touch udid numbers, you can download MAW.mr from here and the required provisions file from here.
Drag both files into the itunes window, sync your iPhone/iPod Touch.
After I drag and drop these files onto iTunes and sync, I receive a message that reads, "The application "MAW.mr" was not installed on the iPhone because its resources have been modified." Does this indicate that the iPhone needs to be Jailbroken, or is there some additional troubleshooting step to get this app to sync? Thanks :)
My version of iTunes is the latest. I deauthorized and reauthorized my computer, and also rebooted both my computer and my iPhone. still same response.

would you please try updating your iTunes to the latest and try again?

New version rebuilt and put up.
Please throw out the old one, and re-download the new one (make sure they are different!).
Sorry about these hassles; apple just doesn't make it simple to distribute apps outside of the apple appstore...
