CLA-OIT will be doing the data entry for all
our content, a tremendous help. In order to let them do that, we must
provide them the content in the form of Microsoft Word files, placed in
the said shared network drive's appropriate folder. Your task
therefore is to find the content that you're responsible for, scavenge
what you can from the current website, read-edit-improve the text in a
MS Word document (see guidelines below), place the document in the
right folder of the shared Web Redesign folder in MS Word format.
Additional media (images, videos if necessary) can also be placed in
the shared folders.
Once you have completed that step, you can change the Status column for that step to either the name of the approver (if different than you) or label it "complete"
I will be organizing visits by the CLA photographers and video people to document facilities; I will be concentrating on spaces and tools; if you have any special requests for your area please contact me separately. I hope that have the photographers visit during the first week of December.

Hi Ali, will you let me know the exact days and times when the photographer is visiting the department and please direct them to the following request: I would like to get some shots of grads in their studios and also of students working in the DSB. I have images of the DSB without students that we can use so no need to shoot there if no one is present working. But, I'd like to warn the grads and ask them to be around if they are willing to have their photos taken.
Hello Jan,
Agreed about grads in studios; very important.
I'm still waiting for Karen B to put me in touch with the CLA photo and video people she mentioned. Once i know, i will schedule some visits by them and ask each area to express their desires of what needs to be documented.
If using the CLA photographer turns out to be a hassle to organize or takes too long, perhaps a grad from photo can help us out?
