I think the “Love Power mural looking over the 35W exit ramp on Washington is a location rich with possibilities. During rush hours huge amounts of cars spend time waiting at the streetlight craving something interesting to gaze at.

Also the Country Radio Station billboard on the 10th Ave bridge is just asking for us to project speech-bubble graffiti to comment on the 35W bridge.

I realize 35W could be a touchy subject for some people, but we should keep this topic in mind because it was such a significant event and is a continuing discussion relevant to the community.

wow. the love power mural is an excellent spot. how well does a projector cover up an already busy surface?

It might be interesting to make work that took in the irregularities of surfaces or projections on nonsurfaces- the possibilites are endless. projections are light and think of all the things we could illuminate.

Ha, that's funny because I was on the bus the other day and I saw that building and I thought of that. My worry was that it is a bit iffy, I don't know how many people we could affend.
