MEAFCS Goals 2008
Communicate Board goals and direction to standing committees and provide input to and support for their work.*
Continue to monitor the MEAFCS budget.
Encourage membership to avail themselves of opportunities through the state and national organizations to enhance scholarship.**
Explore short and long term uses for funds generated from the 2007 Annual Session Tri-State Committee.
Provide information to membership regarding the NEAFCS Endowment and encourage contributions.
*Examples - early career award discussion to Awards/Membership, professional development enhancing the FD trip to Mexico and/or providing in-service on diverse families for all members to Professional Development.
**JCEP, PILD, NEAFCS Annual Session, Galaxy, MEAFCS professional development day, etc.
