"The Tower Gallery, College at Brockport, NY is issuing a call for submissions for an upcoming exhibition Fall 2012 entitled "LOW FIDELITY". Each new day seemingly brings new advances in creative resources, leaving a wasteland of outdated and obsolete equipment and antiquated technologies, such as flip cameras, slide projectors, old sound equipment, etc. The Tower Gallery is seeking artists that purposefully employ older and outdated equipment and technologies in their work. Works can also address conceptual ideas related to "Low Fidelity", be it through cultural or socio-political statements.
Please submit a cd that must include Resume/Bio, 5 - 10 Digital Images of work, and Artist statement relevant to the theme in either pdf or jpeg files. Video and sound files will be accepted.
