Students in the program live in newly constructed apartments at Packard Square in Long Island City (just across the East River). Bordering Midtown Manhattan and just one subway stop into Queens, the apartments are located near the historic Queensboro Bridge and Courthouse Square, and within walking distance of the P.S.1. Contemporary Art Center, and numerous artist studios. Each apartment is equipped with WiFi access, furniture, a designer kitchen, a living room, and a balcony.
