Hey Laura, there are several things about your animation that I really like. The illustration of the cat is simple yet effective. I love how the animation wiggles from the scanning process. I also think you did a great job on the fluidity of the motion, its nice and smooth. I think it could be improved by having something new and suprising happen after a few of the loopings. ;) Nice work!
hi laura! i thought your animation was very cute and simple. there is great consistency of line throughout it, so even when it's moving around, it looks cohesive, and like it was meant to be that way. (maybe it WAS!) i just had a question about where the hairball went after going off-screen, so it was able to hit the cat on the back. :) it's not a big deal at all, it's just the only thing i noticed as an area you could change if you wanted.
Hey Laura, I thought the music was fantastic for this animation. I really liked how the cat was changing shape because it added a different effect to it making it more stimulating and less of a "here is a normal cat" type of feeling. One thing I think could help is if at the end the cat moves out of the way or show some sign of learning what is going on. I felt like something should happen that never did. I think you did a good job though!
nice work on the animation. It has a very classy feel at first and then an unexpected cat freak out. since your movement is smooth it is nice to loop the animation a few times, but looping alone gets a little old. I would like to see a difference in the end, or something to signify the end. but good job.
