Hi Meher,
I love the idea of your animation, as well as the emotion that happens in "your" face when you get excited at the end (and the hat's emotion too). But I almost wish your eyes were a bit more expressive in the beginning scenes. I also think that since you give credit to the Chicago song, it should be added. It would help the animation along and really drive home the story you're trying to tell. ;)
thanks for the feedback alison! there should have been music playing on there. i really hoped it worked, since it went really well with the animation...i'm in the process of figuring out mediamill, so hopefully i will have a better video up before this evening. if the music is not working for anyone else, please let me know. thanks!
I love happy endings. Your story is so cute! Hat and you are both very expressive, your range of emotion is quite evident from the begining to the end. Since the song is singing about "color my world" perhaps the color scene should be longer and a little easier to see. Awesome job with the timing to the music, though. They fit perfectly. I'm very glad you and Hat are so happy!
Hey Meher! Nice job pulling of the stick figures! I've never seen a hat so in love before. Only thing is the ending seemed really abrupt. I think the color part should have been a longer to give a fuller effect on how happy and color-fulfilling this union really is. Great Job!
wow meher, that music really brings it all together really well. it's like that song was written for your animation. also good speed of the animation this time around. Although when the "something is missing" spells itself out, that takes a little long. but its nothing that made me stop watching, just something to consider. really enjoyable, good job. Oh, and one more little thing. The colorful world could be brought out more in the story, it all happens very fast. It would really be an emphasis to have you walking with your hat on through a forest of green, or maybe running through a colorful field. you know, really play it up. but nice job.
I love the changes you made and the narrative is very cute. It was cool to see an animation where the creator put themselves into the animation and the stick figures worked very well. They way you created the emotions for your hat and yourself was great.

Scratch that, I watched it again and the song played! I love how it compliments your story. Really nice choice. ;)

I'm just chiming in to say that the Mary Tyler Moore thing at the end is absolutely hilarious.
Yep.
