A rough storyboard for the mini animation. I plan on using a white board and erasable markers which I hope will allow me to morph the main character once the bird exits his mouth so the animation can continue in another direction.

I think your character development is wonderful! It is expressive, relays the message, and you've managed to keep it nice and simple. The morphing idea is nice, although you have yet to develop that, the abstract quality of what you have now is something worth investigating.
I like the idea of using a whiteboard, it makes the story more interesting and complex despite the use of simple figures. Reminds me of the whiteboard UPS commercials.
