It's been perhaps close to two years since some Extension Educators who are members of the MN Assn of Extension Ag. Professionals started discussing the possibilities of this tour. From an idea has now become a reality. In less than 35 hrs we will be on the plane heading to warmer weather in the southern hemisphere to learn more about a country's (Brazil). agriculture industry that is a major player in the world's economy, and has an influence on our own industry right here in Minnesota. I'm ready to pack my bags but first items are laid out on the floor to make sure everything I need is accounted for. I am looking forward to gathering all the information I can, taking plenty of photos, and when I return, help distribute the knowledge we have gained to the people we serve in the great agriculture state of Minnesota.
