School is a Whole New World

Starting this year at the U of M has been a great experience. Last fall was when I decided that I wanted to go to the U. It was so exciting getting my letter of acceptence in the spring. I also found out that I would be a part of CSOM. That was probably the best part. I started looking at all the things I needed to do before I would be able to start school. I got the chance to fill out housing and a meal plan. I was all set. By mid summer I had gone to orientation and registered for classes. All I needed now was to get all my dorm gear and move in.
Move-in day was the most exciting day for me. I was so ready to be at college and meet my roommate. Getting our room all set up was fun. The campus is so much bigger than I imagined. I have met so many awesome people and made some great friends. I've also been enjoying most of my classes and trying to find ways to get involved. It is so much different from what i'm used to. But college has been great.
