The reason that I decided to attend the University of Minnesota for my college years is quite simple. I wanted a large university and a degree that would get me a great job afterwards. I also knew that Carlson would give college a smaller feel and teach me everything I wanted to know about the business world.
This summer I spent a lot of time traveling. I first went to Guatemala for two weeks the Sunday after graduation for a missions trip with my church. I then went to Florida with the family to visit and stay with a friend of my mom. The next week I traveled to San Diego with my grandpa and cousin for fun and to spend time together. Finally, I went to Boston, again with my family, to use up airline tickets we got from being bumped. All of the trips were a lot of fun and they sure made my summer fly by.
