Peer Assisted Learning (PAL) Groups: Technology Archives

Welcome! This is the place to learn more about student peer assisted learning (PAL) groups. PAL groups help college students earn higher grades in challenging courses and graduate at higher rates. The audio podcast series features interviews with PAL group leaders at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and other colleges with similar programs. PAL is based on best learning practices from the University of Minnesota and programs developed at other institutions such as Supplemental Instruction, Peer-led Team Learning, Emerging Scholars Program, Structured Learning Assistance, to name a few. The PAL podcast website provides links to resources such as PAL publications and links to other peer learning programs (http://palgroups.org).
