Africans in Minneapolis were called for casting Saturday for a new Tom Hanks' movie about Somali pirates.
The film, titled "Capt. Phillips," called for men, women, and boys to audition at the Brian Coyle Center Minneapolis, according to the Associated Press via the Pioneer Press.
The movie is about a U.S. captain's run-in with Somali pirates, the Star Tribune reports.
Sony Pictures put out the casting call, and Minneapolis was chosen because of its large population of Somalians.
