The internal customer service kick-off event is coming up October 24 from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in the St. Paul Student Center North Star Ballroom. Please indicate on your calendar if you will attend the event. This is a mandatory event for all staff present this day. Here is the agenda for the morning.
• Check-in 8:00-8:30 a.m.
• Welcome and topic introduction
• Scenarios and director sharing
• Speaker on conflict and team dynamics
• Toolkit introduction
• Wrap-up and self-reflection
• 12:30 p.m. Box lunch provided
There is a short activity that we ask you to complete prior to the event. The activity, called the "Hot Button Profile," will be a topic of focus and discussion for the speaker. It will take you approximately 5 minutes to complete. You are not required to share your results with anyone. Please complete the assessment, print out your results, and bring them with you on the day of the event.
Parking: If you have a parking contract, you have reciprocal parking in the Gortner Ave. ramp. Use of the Campus Connector or carpooling is encouraged. If you would otherwise have to pay for parking, you can ask for a parking coupon at the registration table when you arrive.
There will be no food or beverages provided prior to lunch. You are welcome to bring your own.
