Just a reminder that all emails to GSSP must be sent to email@example.com. Please update your materials to reflect this change. Once an email has been sent to firstname.lastname@example.org, you will receive an email saying a ServiceNow ticket has been opened. A GSSP team member will contact you within one business day of your request. No further action is required until a team member gets in touch with you.
When your request is completed, you will receive an automated response saying "we believe the issue has been resolved." If you ever feel this is in error, please reply to the email from ServiceNow, and the ticket will be reopened.
