2 prisoners escaped from a minimum security federal prison camp near Duluth Saturday, MPR news reported.
Michael Krzyzaniak, 64 and Gerald Greenfield, 67 were found missing around 10 p.m. during a regularly scheduled count, according to the Star Tribune.
Prison Spokesman David Baker said the public was not in danger, MPR news said. Its still an investigation and authorities are looking for the escapees, MPR news reported.
Krzyzaniak is serving a 12-year sentence for stealing nearly $26 million from investors and Greenfield is serving a four-year sentence for conspiracy to commit money laundering in $2.5 million mortgage fraud scheme.
