Day

In this piece I wanted to capture a day in college life through pure audio. I wanted to bring together all of the audio techniques we have learned and focus on spacial relations and mostly stero capabilities. The layering is suposed to make the mask the fact that my day is pretty boring but it brings out the fact that its pretty mundane and repedative. After this project I vow never to use Audacity again!

I enjoy that you decided to make another sound piece rather than video. It was very well done. I can tell that it was well-thought-out before the editing. I like that its so true. Your message definitely shines through your work. My favorite part was the alarm clock going off at the end of the piece, giving evidence to the perpetual cycle that is our lives.

It was a nice change to try and redo the audio project. I thought this was better too than any of the original projects. You definitely had a plan and stuck to it. It didn't seem random like a lot of the original projects did. I liked your braoder idea to incorporate your interpretation of how trivial college life is. The sound was crisp. Overall, nice job.

I thought that the audio for this piece was really well done. I liked what you were trying to do with the piece, the blur of a day, and I think you accomplished that. However, I wish I had been warned that it was just audio because I kept looking at the screen thinking something was coming and I may have been distracted from the sound a little bit.
