Search for Etan Patz will continue after suspicious stain was found

6-year-old Etan Patz disappeared decades ago, Monday his case will reopen due to a suspicious stain was found on the wall of a basement, Fox News said.

The stain was found Sunday in the basement of Othniel Miller, 75, who was seen with Patz the night before he disappeared in 1979, Fox News said.

Investigators have ripped up 50 percent of the basement after a cadaver dog picked up human scent, according to CNN.

The floor of the basement was "newly poured" during the time of Patz disappearance and it was never ripped up during the original investigation, CNN said.
