Last week's final definition: To me leadership means the effect a person or a group can have on people to help support and better them throughout their endeavors.
This week's definition: To me leadership means the effect a person or a group can have on people to help support and better them throughout their endeavors.
Analysis of the differences in the definitions: In this weeks definition I kept it the same as last week. There was nothing really that had an affect on me to change what I believe is the definition of leadership. In "Strengths Based Leadership" by Rath and Conchie they spoke about finding your top 5 strengths and about how to be a leader but I didn't find any of this relevant to my leadership definition. They were just talking about things to do to become a better leader and to make it easier on yourself, not about what it is/means to be a leader.

Good Justin. You may want to be a bit more flexible with your definition as you progress through the class. I'd encourage using this space to internalize and personalize whatever lessons the readings may have to offer.
