Ankara Logo Idea - Dan Lynch

Here's a very rough digital idea I had. This Turkish artifact seems to be a prominent part of their history, though I cannot find much information about what it is or what it is called. Any feedback is very welcome, especially in regards to color.

To our Turkish comrades: What IS this thing? Is it a good thing to use in a logo for your city? Thanks.

This is one of our famous statue which belongs to hittite civilization. It is located in ankara's center. It is a good choice for "ankara logo idea" but the image of statue can be vectorel.
