         <description><![CDATA[<p>the historic building is the setting for the phantom of the opera and if you go there today you are able to get a guided tour of the catacombs far below the stage where the lake used to be or maybe still is. evidence has been found down there that shows that someone did indeed live there many many years ago. legend has it the the phantom, a brilliant arcitect actually helped design the opera house and created the lair that sits beyond the lake.</p>]]></description>
