Hi All,
Please see forwarded message from Sue Delzer, Get It coordinator. She mentions 2 issues:

1. Office delivery requests that do not have a UM Office address in the address field. I think we do a good job of noticing this and faxing the request back to the Get It Office per Sue's instructions.
2. Office delivery requests without a 4-digit campus mail code in the address field. We should be looking up the delivery code in the online UM Directory and writing it in on the mailing label. I'm less sure that we do this all the time. Please pass along the word to make sure to do so, tell them to ask if you they don't know how to look up.
