ILLiad Web Circulation - Problems Continue...
I have been working with OCLC support over the last few days to try to resolve the issues we are still having with ILLiad Web Circulation. Your staff may find that it still takes more than one try to log in, they are continually logged out of the website at random times and it does not display the new due date when they renew requests.
I am very sorry about this, as I can see how frustrating it can be to work in that website. Hopefully, it will be fixed soon!
