You need to do a writing response on your reaction to the video and then something that you took away from the interview. Make sure to include both. I suggest watching the video then reading the interview and then revisit the video.

"Imagine an eye unruled by man-made laws of perspective, an eye unprejudiced by compositional logic, and eye which does not respond to the name of everything but which must know each object encountered in life through an adventure of perception. How many colors are there in a field of grass to the crawling baby unaware of 'Green'? How many rainbows can light create for the untutored eye? How aware of variations in heat waves can that eye be? Imagine a world alive with incomprehensible objects and shimmering with an endless variety of movement and innumerable gradations of color. Imagine a world before the 'beginning was the word."

If you want to print out your film stills to draw on them directly or if you want to trace over them on a new drawing you might want to alter the original image. For instance if you wanted to experiment with drawing directly on the print outs you may want to change them to black and white and heighten the brightness and contrast. You can do this with one image and then apply it to a whole folder of images, which is called batching. I showed how to do this in digital arts1 and time-based media, look for you notes. Here is a tutorial I found online goes over actions and batching.

You can also put an effect on your film before exporting it as stills from Adobe Premier of Final Cut. So you could change your footage to black and white and heighten the contrast as an effect too. Then export it as still, and take it to a printer to print.
