Rybak on the River

On Tuesday we heard remarkable things from Mayor R.T. Rybak. Two that strike me:
1) his clear call for the gas tax to assure public safety, quality of life and sustainable behavior on the planet

and 2) the planned rebranding of Minneapolis in 2008 to be the City of Waters. Nice!

My favorite quote: "Don't you just want to splash in it?!"
