11 Saliors Accused of Fraud, Cheating
Eleven officers and sailors from San-Diego have been disciplined for falsifying nuclear reactor test reports and cheating on officer exams.
According to a Navy Report released Friday, crew members from the attack sub Hampton have been falsifying weekly chemical tests since November 2006.
The test reports deal with the highly pure water that is used too cool the sub's nuclear reactor. Incorrect chemical levels lead to erosion.
No damage to the reactor core was discovered after the sub returned to base after seven-months at sea in the Pacific last year.
