how would i rate my self on Golemans personal and social competences? Well i believe that the best way to "rate myself" would be to look at my greatest strenghts and my greatests weeknesses. I will start will wahat i would call my greatest strengh and i believe that it would be in the motivation competence. I am a very commitmited person. when i have my mind set on finishing a task i will finish that task or die trying. also i have great optimism when a problem arises i will no be the kinda person to stick my head in the sand. i beleiev that my optimis is very much with my drive to achieve. i believe that if the project will have my name on it the project should be up to the standard of excellence that is required. my greatest weakness would have to be emathy because i know from personal experince that when working with other people that i really don't care about othe peoples feelings because i can be so goal driven. i know this weekness has alot to do with the competence of devoping others because i would expect in my field of business that if the person i am working with will know what they are doing and if they do not have the required skill it is your job to inform the group because it is very fast paced. i also have trouble with political awarneness because i do not think they belong in a business setting that politics sould be left out of the work place. but overall i believe that i have the abilty to work well in groups because of my strenghts that i have over power the weaknesses. that doesn't mean that i will not try to improve on my weaknesses beacuse i will and am constantly striveing for improvenment

I like that you are committed to improving yourself, and I can see your improvement over the course of the semester. How are you work on your empathy? One suggestion: try showing your group members their positive traits and using it to make progress in the group. For example: "Because of your [insert positive character] would you like to work on this part of the task?" Let me know how it works for you.
