My dysfunctional role would be that of the blamer or that is the role that i best fit. When there are problems in the group i very quickly point out the weakness in others. I am the first to say "I told you so." but i do offer some suggestions of my own which is not typical of the blamer role. i do believe that when i say i told you so it is because i am not happy about the fact that the person disregarded what i said earlier and went on to made the mistake that i had for seen.
