About our Blog

Welcome to the blog!

Welcome to Prof. Bryson's PA 5253 - Designing Planning and Participation Processes blog! We'll be using this blog to discuss the readings before we get

Each week, Prof. Bryson will post a discussion prompt that gets at the themes and questions that arise from your weekly readings. In the comments on each post, you are encouraged to leave your own short impressions (no more than 300 words) in response to and in conversation with one another. Think of this as an extension of class participation, not as individualized writing assignments that are being graded as stand-alone works. Don't worry if your thoughts aren't fully formed—we are all learning together about how to create processes that can lead to good, solid roadmaps for the healthy development of communities.

If you have any questions about how to use the blog after the initial demo on Tuesday, Sept. 9, please feel free to email me, TA Katrina Mitchell, or Prof. Bryson.
