Leadership is a lot of things, but most importantly it is defined by the culture you were raised in or spent a lot of time in.
New Leadership Definition:
Leadership is a lot of things, but most importantly it is defined by the culture you were raised in or spent a lot of time in.
Analysis:
I didn't find a big change in my definition from this week, although I am not happy with the current definition. I thought that it (my definition) would be getting more and more detailed, but instead it's getting shorter and more vague. The more we learn about it, the less confident I am in putting a single solitary definition on it.
