ERP Workshop

I am pleased to announce that Wednesday, January 30, - Friday, February 1, 2013, the College of Liberal Arts Interdepartmental EEG Facility will be hosting Steve Luck from the University of California-Davis for an ERP/EEG workshop open to University of Minnesota researchers with interests in ERP methodology. Dr. Luck is the Author of An Introduction to the Event Related Potential Technique, which is widely regarded as the definitive introductory textbook in the field. He annually accepts a limited number of highly qualified students into his ERP Bootcamp at UC-Davis. He also conducts a few "Mini ERP Bootcamps" each year at other institutions, one of which we have the privilege of hosting in January.

The first two days of the our Mini Bootcamp will consist primarily of lectures. The workshop will conclude with hands-on training in the use of Dr. Luck's free EEGLab software for half a day on Friday morning.

If you would like to attend, please email me (

Additional information (e.g., location, detailed schedule, etc.) will be provided after we know how many attendees to expect and how much space we will need.
