I have started my internship with the City of Minneapolis researching green building practices. I am excited to help the city research possible ways to make the cities buildings more efficient. We will be working with multiple businesses to outline a plan to help the city achieve a future set of goals. The goals still need to be nailed down though. We will be focusing on reducing interior toxins, improving properties to be more environmentally friendly, and increasing overall energy efficiency. One of our first goals will be to have a presentation ready for an expo at the new Twin’s stadium in April.
