The Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies is pleased to welcome Stacy Doepner-Hove as the new MA-HRIR Program Director. Stacy joined us this week and we're happy she's here! She will be working with our MA-HRIR program staff and others in the Carlson School to continue the excellence of our degree program. She'll also represent the program within the school and nationally, and will teach some courses in the program.
Stacy is a Golden Gopher, through and through! She holds BA, JD and MA-HRIR degrees from the University. She comes to us from the University's Office of Human Resources, where she's been the Director of Employee Onboarding and Appreciation Programs. Prior to that, she was the Associate Director of Admissions for the University's Law School, where she oversaw recruitment and orientation programs for that school.
She is also active in the broader community, and was recently elected as the next President of the League of Women Voters of Minnesota.
The Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies would like to sincerly thank four alumni who just concluded their terms on the Alumni Association Board of Directors. These alums volunteered their time over the past several years to share their time and expertise with the Center, and through their dedication and commitment, helped provide outstanding seminars, mentoring programs, professional development and networking opportunities for our alumni, students, and other HR professionals.
We wish them all the best and know they'll continue to stay involved and keep in touch!
