Computer stuff (Mac, software, etc)

French-English dictionary. The Plot (see also Apple) and Calc" packages. To get Latex to work on Mac: MacTeX (download "mactex.dmg". Click on "TexShop" and "LaTex-It" (other tools as well). The Jmol free applet (open jmol-10.9.91 directory and click on "Jmol.jar".). iWork contains "Keynote" and "Pages", a must! "X11" is outpaced by the standard "Terminal". Just use "Terminal". Grapher was great, but where to find it? Here.

Who is this?

My full name is Pierre Carrier. I was born in Montréal (Québec) Canada, some time ago. So, I'm French Canadian, or Québécois if you prefer, and now live in Minneapolis with my wife Claire (who grew up in Northern Minnesota). I'm excited to see the soon-to-come Minnesota snow storms...

A Resume might be appropriate at this point. Isn't it? Well, sorry, you'll have to wait.
