Friends. I love spending time with my friends and I also love to travel. This picture shows both combined. In the summer of 2007 after my sophomore year in high school I had the opportunity to go to Costa Rica with people from my school. On of my friends, Lauren, went with me on this trip and I ended up making more friends on the trip of about 35 students. This photo shows us headed up to the beginning of the zip line over the rainforest, which was an amazing experience.
I love taking candid photos. This one for instance is of my brother and sister this past summer in Chicago on Navy Pier. My siblings and I used to not get along very well and I'm happy to say that it's changed and we get along rather well. I love spending time with my family now more than I used to because I don't see them much while at college.
This photo was done in my digital photography class in high school. It's a self portrait taken with camera using a tripod and self-timer. This photo shows my interests in photography, movies, reading, drawing and my pet cats. It also shows that I like photoshop by taking on the challenge of photoshopping five photos into one.
I am Chelsea Cashman, I like to hang out with my friends and family, play sports, listen to music & take photos whether I take a walk or just take pictures of events, family or friends. I also like to use the music I listen to as an inspiration for the things I make on photoshop. I tend to find a photo that I've taken then bring it into photoshop and edit the photo, occasionally adding lyrics from a song that goes with the picture. I also like to look online for project ideas on photoshop. Music and art are things that I enjoy as well as friends because it's a nice break from school and reality.
