Carl Machover Papers Available

Happy New Year! I am extremely pleased to announce the availability of the Carl Machover Papers, donated in 2008 by Carl and Wilma Machover and processed this past year by CBI archives staff. Machover, a pioneer in the area of computer graphics, was extremely influential in the field, and his papers are a rich resource of information for researchers interested in ACM's SIGGRAPH, CAD/CAM, virtual reality, and other subfields of computer graphics. The bulk of the papers consist of Machover's job files with Machover Associates but also include data sheets, correspondence, research and subject files, and audiovisual materials documenting Machover's life and career.

For further information about Carl Machover, please see his oral history interview. To use the collection, feel free to email me.
