I couldn't attend the actual event, however I was able to watch the video here ... and was very impressed with Peter Hammett's grasp of the concept of new and changing leadership. There is a lot that the leaders of most organizations in the Twin Cities can learn from this. I will be putting into place several of the strategies that were discussed.
