Community will feel loss of leader
We lost a remarkable teacher and leader last week when Doña Raquel Mendoza died of lung cancer.
She called us all to be better people through her generosity and work for social change and democratic values. The Jane Addams School for Democracy was blessed by her for the past 12 years.
