Our colleagues at the Humphrey Institute's Center for Science, Technology and Public Policy are recommending a collection of 44 essays called Rebooting America - published online - in which Harry Boyte talks about the challenge of using the web as a tool for civic engagement. Other essayists include Craig Newmark (of Craigslist), Newt Gingrich and Joe Trippi.
