STAND Documentary Screening and Sustainability Fair

“STAND” is a documentary that showcases nine inspiring individuals who are pioneering new sustainable ideas and shows how they are encouraging others to do the same. The film is being shown at 30 college campuses across the U.S and is sponsored by KEEN, an eco-friendly shoe company. A reception featuring the sustainability efforts of student and community groups, University Services, and University Dining Services will be held prior to the viewing. There will also be free food and KEEN t-shirts available.
The event is also promoting a contest which KEEN is sponsoring, giving out a total of $150,000 of prize money for submitting sustainable ideas, including a category for creative skills to create messages or work that address sustainability
