Search for Shelter Design Charrette
February 15th – 17th, 2008
Rapson Hall
This charrette brings together architects and non-profit housing organizations for one intensive weekend of design. The goal is to assist with building projects submitted by these agencies whom lack the funds to hire an architect. Teams of architects, students and other designers work throughout the weekend to create viable solutions to their assigned project and the resulting boards become a visual tool for the housing organization to acquire funding, educate about their cause, or serve as preliminary building plans.
This event is free for students, faculty and staff, but you must register. Sign up by Friday, February 8th and get more information at http://www.aia-mn.org/committees/SFS.cfm
