There is so much that I miss about Ethiopia, that I think about it on a daily basis. It was not even a month a go that I was in Ethiopia, surrounded by family members in the warmest weather that I haven't felt in a while. After a crazy semester of 4.5 jobs, 6 classes, and student involvements, I needed that break. I had the opportunity to sleep-in everyday, eat like there is no tomorrow and take a good care of myself. Due to the great exchange rate in Ethiopia, I participated in a lot of fun and relaxing excursions that would cost a lot of money here in the U.S. I simply can't wait until I get to visit again!
