Yoga...for the body, mind, and soul

The last couple of weeks of school are always stressful. In attempt to keep myself sane and stress free, I do yoga as much as I can. Although I don't have much time to do it outside of my room, I used to go to boynton on a daily basis to participate in their feel yoga classes. If you find yourself really stressed out and need a breather, stop what ever you are doing, lay out a mat or towel and do some yoga. You are guaranteed to feel amazingly relaxed after. I have heard that a really great yoga session is equivalent to 4hr nap.
