I AM HERE IN CHINA!!
I arrived here in Beijing on Thursday and I'm already in love with the city. From the moment that I got here, I've been getting a lot of attention not only as a tourist but also as an African American in China.
Just yesterday, I went to the temple of heaven with three other girls. Considering that we had a blonde, a redhead, an arab, and a black girl seemed to be very exciting for the people here. It seemed like for every step we took, we were followed by a mob of people trying to either take pictures of us or with us. I've got to admit though, we felt a little special.
