Congressional Internship Event: Network with Congressional Staffers

The U of M Political Science Department's Congressional Internship Event will be held on Wednesday, February 24th , from 3pm to 5pm, in 1314 Social Sciences, on the West Bank campus of the U of M-Twin Cities in Minneapolis, MN.
This meeting will be a "meet and greet" event where students and Congressional staffers will be able to meet and discuss Congressional internships one-on-one or in small groups. The Congressional staff persons will talk briefly about their offices and internship positions, and how to apply. But most of the time will be devoted to informal conversations between staff and students. Undergraduate students from all colleges and majors are encouraged to attend this event and meet with Congressional staff persons from the Twin Cities metro area Congressional offices.
Offices represented include: Senator Amy Klobuchar and Senator Al Franken, Congresswomen Michele Bachmann and Betty McCollum, and Congressmen Keith Ellison, John Kline and Erik Paulsen.
Coffee and cookies will be served.
