TRIO Upward Bound Job Opportunities

University of Minnesota-CEHD TRIO Upward Bound is seeking tutors, office assistants, and instructors to serve youth of our Minneapolis community for the summer 2010 program! TRIO Upward Bound is a United State Department of Education college preparation program for high potential, low-income, first generation college-bound students. TRIO Upward Bound generates the skills needed for selected high school students to succeed in post-secondary education. We need candidates that meet the following qualifications:

1. College students or college graduates pursuing degrees in engineering, computer science, English, math, liberal arts, teaching, curriculum/instruction, etc.

2. Have passion for, commitment towards, and dedication for working with youth.

3. Have comfort and/or experience working with diverse students.
