PRE-K PLAYGROUP BUDDY
PPL is looking for patient and creative individuals to help with a toddler playgroup for the children of immigrant and refugees in a small a PPL affordable housing community in St. Paul. The playgroup emphasizes pre-literacy activities and motor skill development. Pairing Buddies with toddlers during playgroup provides their parents with time to then attend on-site adult education sessions.
SUMMER HANGOUT TUTOR/MENTOR
PPL is looking for patient, fun, and caring individuals to volunteer with an evening summer program that serves youth in a small affordable housing community in St. Paul. Summer Hangout engages pre-k through elementary-age residents in fun literacy and enrichment activities right in their backyard.
TODDLER/PRE-K PLAYGROUP INTERN
PPL is looking for patient and creative individuals to help lead a small toddler/pre-K playgroup for immigrants and refugees of a PPL affordable housing community in St. Paul. The playgroup emphasizes pre-literacy activities and motor skill development. With the support of PPL staff and other volunteers, interns plan playgroup activities and work directly with a small group of toddlers/pre-k students.
